RETURN POLICY
1) RETURN & EXCHANGE
a. All returns/exchange must be made within 14 days after the merchandise has been delivered.
b. Return or exchange are issued if your item(s) is damaged/defective or received the wrong merchandise.
c. Items must be in their original condition (unwashed & unworn) with the original packaging and manufacturer's seal.
d. Alteration of the merchandise and it's original main labels, care labels or hang tags are non-returnable.
e. All Sale items are final and will not be accepted for returns. Only exchanges will be allowed if the merchandise is damaged/defective.
2) STORE CREDIT & REFUND
f. Store credit or refund will be issued once we receive the merchandise and is approved after inspection.
g. All sales are final and non-refundable unless the merchandise is damaged/defective and is reported within 5 days from delivered date. h. All reported damages/defective after 5 days of delivered date will only be subject to store credit.
i. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, including all refused and unaccepted packages.
3) RESTOCKING FEE
j. A restocking fee of $5 per case will be applied for any returns that does not follow the regulations of (Section 1; Row a., b., c., d.)
4) SHIPPING & RETURN LABEL
k. A return label will be issued by the vendor once approved for a return made within section (1. a. & c)
l. The responsibility of shipping the item(s) back to the vendor falls on the purchaser if the return is issued after 14 days of delivered date.
5) INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
m. All international returns for refund will be responsible by the purchaser such as duty fees and shipping.
n. For damaged/defective item(s), a store credit will be issued if approved by the vendor. After review, the vendor will decide if the merchandise needs to be returned.
