Do you ship to my country?

A: At this moment and time, we only offer shipping to the United States of America and its Territories, Canada, and Mexico. (Mexico shipments will be shipped via cargo services that will be billed to the receiving party)

Do I need a Seller’s Permit to shop with Allie Rose?

A: Yes, by law we require every client to provide us with a copy of your up to date Seller’s Permit and your government issued Photo ID before purchasing and shipment of any products on our page.

Do you only sell in packs?

A: Yes we only sell our products in prepacks of 6pcs. (2S-2M-2L)

Do you have an order minimum?

A: Right now, we ask that all our clients buy at least 1 prepack without breaking any packs. This means that we do not sell by the piece and only by packs!

You sell in-stock and pre-ordered clothing, how does the process work when adding both to my bag?

A: When you order in-stock merchandise, we will ship them out as soon as possible. For all pre-orders, we will notify you via email or by phone call that your merchandise has arrived and is ready for shipment. You will then confirm that it is good to ship and we will process the order accordingly.

When will my order get processed and shipped?

A: Once payment has been received, orders will then get shipped through the method you chose. Our current turnaround time for orders in-stock is 1-2 business days.

How do I track my order?

A: Once an order has shipped, our customer service representatives will provide tracking info on the invoice of the order.

What labels are inside the clothing?

A: We provide care labels and fabric contents for all our products and can be located inside the left-hand side bottom seam. You can also find our brand label on every product you order as well. They can usually be found on the inside rear end of the collar.

What days can I telephone your Customer Services Department?

A: We are open M-F from 8:30am to 5:30pm PST. You are more than welcome to phone in or email us @ info@allierose.com with any questions or issues regarding your order with us.

Do you sell plus sizes?

A: Unfortunately at this time we do not produce any plus size clothing.

Can I pre-sell your items?

A: We do not advise selling any items that you do not have physical inventory of due to unforeseen events that can happen.

Where do you design and manufacture your products?

A: All designs are made in-house here in DTLA and all manufacturing is done in China and USA.
